2,500 METRIC TONS REFURBISHED TMP PRESS

We have 2,500 metric tons refurbished TMP press for sale. The press is about 3 months from completion.
YOM of manufacturing is 1986.
What makes those presses different from other brands:
- Oil lubrication that can provide proven 8-12 years of life for main bushings and bearings.
- Ram adjustment with precision of 0.1 mm (.004″). The adjustment can be done in any position of the ram.
- Two pitmans that allow for wider eccentric load distribution.
- Direct drive without back shaft. The press is extremely quiet.
- Hydraulic nuts on tie rods. It makes un-jamming the press the matter of 20-25 minutes.
The press will be equipped with variable frequency drive on the main motor, Siemens controller, DeLimon lubrication system, and Herion pneumatic. The original TMP air head provides impact free operation of the clutch.
Together with the press we can supply forging rolls, trim press, coining press, induction heater, and other auxiliary equipment.
We will provide warranty, and perform installation supervision and a training of your personnel.
In our warehouse we have two more presses like that ready to be rebuilt.
We installed two the same presses in Mexico 4 years ago and the customer so far has done nothing but normal preventative maintenance.

This is classical design die forging hammer very similar to Erie.
We inspected it and it is in very good conditions.
As an option, for extra fee we can offer:
- Full rebuild “as new”;
- Vibration isolators;
- Conversion to full hydraulic or CNC hydraulic hammer.
- Trim press, induction heater, reducer roll.
