We have written procedures for checking equipment conditions, technical accuracy,and a level of equipment protection.

Along with presses we inspect bolsters and along with upsetters we inspect punch and die holders.

We train customer’s personnel on inspection procedures and develop preventative maintenance programs and created written PM procedures for above equipment.

Project management of equipment overhauls including re-engineering, repair drawings of major parts, coordination with systems suppliers (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication), physical supervision of customer’s repair people and other suppliers personnel, lining up suppliers for parts machining and portable machining, overall project management with real time tracking in MS Project.
